My rugby journey began in boarding school playing rugby union with the first team when I was in year 11. When I left the school, I wanted to continue my rugby and joined Saracens amateur. I later made the transition into rugby league, taking the opportunity to play at a higher level with the London Broncos U19 Academy. This experience exposed me to a more demanding performance environment and helped me develop my physicality, game awareness, discipline and ability to adapt between different codes of rugby. I then continued my rugby journey at Swansea University for one more year, representing the university rugby team while studying further developing my teamwork, communication, leadership and resilience.
