My brother helped shape Rugby Unlocked with his rugby knowledge and context. I handled all the technical work through COM Computing — design, development, deployment and keeping the platform running. Profiles, search, messaging, subscriptions, billing and email: I built the lot.

Membership, subs, fixtures, availability, kit orders, who has paid and who has not. All in one workbook, on one laptop, understood by one person. It works right up until that person stands down, the file gets emailed to three people at once, or somebody sorts one column and not the rest.
That is not a spreadsheet problem. It is a software problem that has not been solved yet. Turning those into real systems — shared, permissioned, backed up, with a history of who changed what — is most of what COM Computing does.

Used where it genuinely removes work and left out where it does not. Rugby Unlocked uses it to verify player history — real work, with the bill kept in check.
