About Aled R.
With experience at top levels university level, being a key feature within the 1XV and periods with 2XV, I have developed the necessary skills to becoming a complete scrum half. After university, I took time to begin my professional career, so played amateur rugby at my local club. This saw me winning x2 player of the year awards across 3 seasons, and more recently being club and 1XV captain. This has enabled me to have a different perspective - understanding decision management, managing players, and making critical decisions which can change the dynamic of a game.
