Scout scoring
How scout scores and Diamond status work
Scout scores are not a direct measure of skill or a guarantee of ability. They represent our estimation of where a player sits on the amateur-to-professional pathway, designed as one factor alongside the player's complete profile to help clubs decide who to contact and pursue.
Amateur
Expected range is 1–5. A score of 3 places you solidly in the amateur pathway, while a 5 suggests you are approaching semi-pro level. A 6+ means you have exceeded expectations for your level and earn Diamond status.
Semi-pro
Most semi-pro players fall between 6–9. A 9 triggers Diamond status, while 10 is reserved for players already performing at an expected professional level.
Diamond status
Diamond players are those we believe stand out at their level. Scores are subjective to the reviewing scout and the information you provide — clear clips, match history, and context about your role all help reviewers place you accurately on the pathway.
