Shannon RFC

Shannon RFC is a historic Irish rugby union club based in Limerick Founded in 1884, the club has established itself as one of Ireland's premier rugby institutions. Shannon has competed at the highest levels of Irish rugby and has produced numerous international players for the Irish national team, both male and female. The club is known for its strong underage development programs for boys and girls and community involvement in the Limerick area. We compete in the men's All-Ireland League and have maintained a competitive presence in Irish rugby for over a century. Our women's side have won the Munster Div 1 cup, Munster League and Munster Open cup , in the current season 25/26.
